All along Morarka Organic has adopted the philosophy of cooperation and collaboration. Involvement of entrepreneurs to expand the outreach has been immensely beneficial in the rapid expansion of the organic initiative.
Organic being a sunrise industry, while it offers many new opportunities it also has many constraints in terms of availability of trained HR. There are no professional courses to train HR in this field, and furthermore organic technology being quite opposite from conventional agriculture, there is a de-learning process that is required for agricultural and food scientists to become effective technocrats in the organic industry.
Even the value chain management approach adopted by Morarka Organic has also faced similar constraints. Application of IT in Agriculture has also been once again a unique idea requiring fresh minds. To overcome all such constraints, we have always been looking for every small contribution that can make this initiative succeed.
